Uplevel is an executive coaching and talent strategy consultancy founded by Carolina Venegas. I designed the original brand seven years ago and we've had a continuous working relationship since.

The business has evolved. The audience had sharpened from a broad coaching market to a more specific focus on multinational organizations and senior leaders. The positioning had grown more defined. The brand needed to reflect that progress without abandoning what had already been built and recognized.

The work covered a refined logo, a refreshed brand system, and a fully redesigned website to reflect where Uplevel actually is today. The result is a brand that feels like a natural next chapter. Cleaner, more confident, and built for the clients Uplevel is now going after.
